I was totally blown away by the artisan bread from nearby places like Habataya and the cozy vibes at the Kame Cafe. The Triple Room A had all the essentials, including a kitchenette for whipping up quick meals, and the staff were super helpful, speaking fluent English. Great for families and the location had a local charm.

utterly disappointing experience at this so-called aparthotel. the shower was okay, but no bath? ! then, there was dust on the bed frame, how charming! I expected a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences but apparently, that’s too much to ask. Just couldn’t give a good review, it’s simply unfair.

The hotel features a cozy rooftop terrace with stunning views.
I found the room to be extremely cramped, with barely enough space for three people. Once we set up the sofa bed for our child, we felt very claustrophobic, making it hard to move around comfortably. Additionally, the location wasn't ideal. it took nearly 40 minutes to reach the heart of Shibuya, which was a bit disappointing for exploring the city.

Charming Stay for Families in Tokyo
The Deluxe Twin Room provided a cozy refuge for our family. Although the room was a bit small, it was nicely appointed. We appreciated its proximity to local restaurants, which offered delicious cuisine. Future guests should plan to explore the neighborhood for hidden dining gems.

great staff but limited interaction
The staff were incredibly warm and helpful whenever we encountered them during our stay, even providing quick assistance after checkout. The rooftop terrace offered a cozy atmosphere with stunning views of the Skytree, making it a peaceful retreat. Additionally, our room had all the essentials, giving it an apartment-like feel that enhanced our comfort. The location was perfect for accessing the Oedo line and local attractions without the noise of tourists.

The hotel features a cozy rooftop terrace with incredible views of the Tokyo Skytree, a well-equipped kitchen in the room, and exceptionally clean facilities. The helpful staff, fluent in English, made our stay even more enjoyable, especially when they gave us insights on local attractions and dining options.

The spacious twin room comfortably accommodated my family of five, featuring two double beds and a well-equipped kitchen for quick meals—a lifesaver with small kids. Located close to subway stations and convenience stores, grabbing essentials was easy. The staff consistently displayed exceptional friendliness, helping with any queries we had. However, the room's layout felt a bit cramped when all our luggage was in, and the nearby train noise was sometimes disruptive at night, affecting our sleep.
